Nikon Perspective Control


The Nikon Perspective Control range of lenses is relatively new addition to the Nikon line-up and as the name suggests features a wealth of perspective control functions that are not found on normal lenses. The most obvious thing that separates Nikon Perspective Control lenses from others on the market is their tilt and shift capability; all of the Nikon Perspective Control lenses can shift plus and minus 11.5mm and tilt plus and minus 8.5mm giving you unparalleled control over the images that you are shooting. Nikon have listened to photographers and worked with the feedback they were given to produce a lens that was designed specifically with this unique function in mind.

As with other Nikon lenses the Perspective range features a nano crystal coating that reduces ghosting and lens flare as much as possible. The extra-low dispersion glass and aspherical lens elements allow you to take photographs that feature stunning contrast (even at high resolutions) whilst minimising aberration, astigmatism and other forms of distortion. The Nikon Perspective range also feature a preview button with an electronic aperture control and all are compact enough to be tucked away in a kit bag for those moments where you need to utilise the unique features that this range of lenses offer.
